Karlie Wilhelmi, a 6'4" basketball player, was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska. She attended Stellar Secondary School and participated in sports through West Anchorage High School in Anchorage Alaska. Wilhelmi played basketball, volleyball and was on the skiing team. After graduating in 2010, Wilhelmi accepted an athletic scholarship to play basketball at UCC where she majors in Outdoor Recreation and is currently on the student council as the public relations officer. Wilhelmi has made a verbal commitment to Southern Oregon University in Ashland where she has earned an athletic scholarship. After college, Wilhelmi plans to travel, preferably to Europe.
