UCC wants you!
Executive search consultant Pamila Fisher, of the Association of Community College Trustees, has been hired to assist the process in finding candidates for the next UCC president. Fisher is former Chancellor of Yosemite Community College.
Fisher is seeking confidential email input from UCC community members regarding what they want in their next president. She will also solicit input on what the campus community considers key issues in an open forum on Nov. 22.
The forum will also provide an overview of the search process.
Information gained from the confidential email comments and the open forum as well as from a meeting with the Board of Trustees will be developed into a position profile. This profile and other relevant search information will be available in early December on UCC’s website.
Additional public forums will then be sponsored in early March for the UCC community can get to know the search finalists.
