Douglas County veterans honored in Roseburg parade
The weather at this year’s Veteran’s Day parade was much better than it had been in recent years, and observers were out in full force.
As usual there was a large number of participants. Everyone from the Shriners to the Freedom Riders were there. Particularly impressive were the Roseburg and Marshfield high school marching bands, and the fighter jet fly-over from Kingsley Field Air Force Base in Klamath Falls.
